Philip W. Morris, CEO and Co-founder
With more than 25 years of experience as a technology consultant, Philip has successfully managed and deployed dozens of major business solutions for Fortune 1000 companies in the education, energy manufacturing, healthcare, printing and financial services industries nationwide. He is an expert in applying software engineering principles and project management discipline to software development. Philip is a published author and seasoned speaker on business intelligence best practices.

Joseph S. Guy, COO and Co-founder
Joseph's extensive experience includes designing, developing and implementing mission-critical systems for Fortune 1000 companies throughout the Southeast. An expert in applying project management and industry best practices to software development, Joseph is chief software process evangelist, making sure that all of Mariner's employees are indoctrinated with and follow Mariner's OcracokeTM process. In addition, Joseph has taught project management techniques to clients, colleagues and trade groups and serves on the UNCC College of Computing & Informatics Board of Advisors.

Sally Ann F. Phillips, Director of Marketing
Sally has more than 20 years of experience in high tech marketing, with more than 9 years in the business intelligence industry. She focuses on helping customers understand how Mariner's solutions can help them achieve their organizational goals. Sally also manages the partnerships between Mariner and its strategic partners. She has a BS in marketing, minor in computer science, an MS in systems management and an MBA in international business. Sally is also a published author and experienced speaker on a wide variety of topics.

David "Fitz" Fitzgerald, Vice President, Education Group
Fitz has more than 25 years of experience in performance management, business intelligence and productivity improvements for organizations in the healthcare, education, manufacturing and financial services industries. Currently, he leads performance management projects with Mariner's customers in the education sector. Fitz earned both an MBA in marketing and BA in information systems, enabling him to understand business issues, operational challenges and technology solutions. Fitz also earned his Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, adding to his experience in running projects smoothly and within time and budget constraints.

Peter Darragh, Vice President, Core Group
Peter Darragh has more than 20 years of consultancy experience in designing and delivering high-value, data-intensive solutions for mid-size and blue chip organizations in both in the US and abroad across a wide range of business models and industries. Peter applies the deep insight gained from an education in Management Sciences, a PMP certification, his design and implementation experience in ERP, B2B, data migration, data integration and analytics to help organizations achieve their goals. Peter's degree is from the Manchester Business School, in Manchester England.
